Windsor Hills is a brand new gated resort located just two miles from Walt Disney World Resort and close to a wide variety of restaurants, bars, shopping malls. The resort offers a host of recreational activities for the whole family including a cinema, two tennis courts, a children's playground, fitness center, billiard room and a large heated lagoon style swimming pool with waterslide and spa. These executive villas are superbly finished and well appointed.

All pools are covered by a Lanai (fine nylon mesh) this helps keep out dust, leaves and insects and allows maximum tanning
Pools have a filtration system, this is maintained by the local management company.

All villas are fully air-conditioned and heated
Villas are non-smoking and have smoke detectors with battery back-up.
Bed linen and towels are provided (excluding beach towels)

Key will be collected and returned to the local management office
(24 hour key pick up available)

All villas can be rented on a nightly basis, simple pro rata the weekly rate. Minimum stay is 7 nights. Stays can commence from any day of the week. A refundable security deposit of US$250 is required at registration. The pools are heated by electric heat. This cost is £95 per week. If you require pool heating (generally mid Oct – end April) please advise us in advance and we will arrange for the pool to be heated prior to your arrival. Check in is after 4.00pm, check out is before 10 am.
