Terra Verde Resort – Townhomes and Villas

Terra Verde is an award winning gated community offering 4 bedroom luxury townhomes with pools and 4, 5 and 6 bedroom private pool homes with a central clubhouse for guests. The resort has a large heated pool with water feature, surrounded by a large deck area and hot tub for relaxing. The centrepiece of this community is the 6,000 sq foot clubhouse with lounge area, video arcade, games room, fitness room and Cyber Café (with free wireless internet)

Terra Verde has it’s own lake, a great spot to relax and observe the local wildlife or perhaps try a spot of fishing. There is even a small beach area with hammocks tied between the palm trees. The more active will enjoy the basketball court and sand volleyball. For children there is a play area with swings, climbing rock and slides.

Doors lead from the villa to a private swimming pool and patio area. All pools are covered by a Lanai (fine nylon mesh).
