Highland Reserves Villas

Highlands Reserve is one of the newest communities in the Disney World Resort area. All homes are of an executive standard with large floor plans and upgraded furnishing throughout. On site facilities include a children’s play area, community swimming pool, driving range, practice putting green and café bar (daytime only)

The focal point is the Highlands Reserve Championship Golf Course. This course hosts a PGA qualifier and numerous tournaments and events throughout the year and is beautifully landscaped in undulating countryside surrounded by orange groves and pine trees. Many of the homes offer superb views of either the greens or a fairway.

Separate bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, WC and wash basin
Larger villas will have a third bathroom

Doors lead from the lounge to a private screened swimming pool
All pools are covered by a Lanai (fine nylon mesh) this helps keep out dust, leaves and insects and allows maximum tanning
Pools have a filtration system, this is maintained by the local management company.
Most pools can be heated
Terrace furniture including table, chairs and loungers.

All villas are equipped and furnished to a similar high standard
All villas are fully air-conditioned and heated
Villas are non-smoking and have smoke detectors with battery back-up.
Bed linen and towels are provided (excluding beach towels)
Cots, high chairs and gas BBQ’s can be rented (please book in advance)
The Service Center is where all Orlando Villa guests “Check-in” and register for their accommodation. Guests are provided with a Welcome Pack containing general information relating to their accommodation along with driving directions (Key or Lock Box Code) to their villa, and 24-hour contact information.
