Solana is an exclusive new gated community with all the benefits of a first class resort.

The large heated community pool with spa with palm fringed deck area is the perfect place to relax and unwind. For the more active there is a golf putting green, soccer pitch and sand volleyball court. This self contained resort is ideal for children, they even have their own play area.

A 4,000 sq ft clubhouse features a lounge area with large screen TV, fitness room, games room, internet café, snack bar and sundry shop.

All pools are covered by a Lanai (fine nylon mesh) this helps keep out dust, leaves and insects and allows maximum tanning
Pools have underwater lighting and a filtration system, this is maintained by the local management company. All pools can be heated

All villas are equipped and furnished to a similar high standard
All villas are fully air-conditioned and heated
Villas are non-smoking and have smoke detectors with battery back-up.
Bed linen and towels are provided (excluding beach towels)
Cots and high chairs can be rented (please book in advance)
The Service Center is where all Orlando Villa guests “Check-in” and register for their accommodation. Guests are provided with a Welcome Pack containing general information relating to their accommodation along with driving directions (Key or Lock Box Code) to their villa, and 24-hour contact information.

Executive Plus Villas
Executive Plus villas have views over conservation or a golf course, a larger floor plan, an exclusive furniture package and a larger pool.
