Spacious open plan family lounge. Air-conditioning and ceiling fan. Colour cable television. Telephone with free local calls. Sliding doors leading to patio area.

Dining Area
Adjoining well-equipped dining section with formal dining table and chairs.

Kitchen
Fully equipped kitchen with: Breakfast area or bar seating zone. Cutlery, glassware and crockery. 4 ring hob, oven, grill and microwave. Fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Washing machine and dryer plus iron and ironing board (may be in separate utility room or garage).

Bedrooms
Master bedroom with king or queen size bed and en-suite bathroom. Second bedroom with double bed and adjacent bathroom. Additional bedrooms will have twin beds.

Bathrooms
En-suite to the master bedroom with over-bath shower or bath and separate shower stall, WC and wash basin, Separate bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, WC and wash basin. Five bedroom homes have a third bathroom.

External
Doors lead from the lounge to a private solar heated and screened swimming pool with terrace furniture including table, chairs and loungers. Garden and garage.

General Information
Villas are allocated at the time of booking and are all equipped and furnished to a similar high standard. All villas are fully air-conditioned and non smoking. Bed linen and towels are provided (excluding beach towels). Cots, high chairs, barbecues, VCRs, golf clubs and fax machines available for rent (Please inform us of requirements at the time of booking). Keys are collected from and returned to the local management office in Fort Myers. Clients arriving after office hours can collect keys and villa directions from a combination box outside the office.

Minimum stay is 7 nights. Stays can commence from any day of the week. Pool heating is £75 per week . If you require pool heating (generally from mid Oct - end Apr ) please advise us in advance and we will arrange for the pool to be heated prior to your arrival.
